On this property among the granite quarries of Cape Ann the new owner set out to enhance the house and its nine acres with a combination of subtlety and majesty. We collaborated to preserve the charm of pine needles and lichens on harsh surfaces, while reconstructing an old tennis court monumentally.
These endeavors over eighteen months integrated the expertise of architects, excavators, masons, plant brokers, lighting designers, irrigation and hydroseed contractors.
